Remember to make it easy for them

Do they know immediately who we are, how we know them and what we do for them? Not necessarily.

Be respectful and therefore convenient.

We need their feedback to develop products that people love

No need to abstract that. Good and bad feedback, as well as suggestions are exactly what we're asking for. Let's be direct and succinct.
